Refund policy
All sales are final unless stated below.
We accept returns, but we do not offer exchanges at this time.
Refund Requests (48-Hour Window):
If you change your mind after ordering, you may request a refund within 48 hours of placing your order. After that window, the order enters processing and is no longer eligible for cancellation.
📩 If your email is sent within the 48-hour period, your refund will still be honored even if we respond late due to a high volume of emails.
Please include:
- Full name
- Order number
- Reason for refund

Returns (Not Exchanges):
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- You must notify us within 7 days of delivery
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- You must provide photo proof of the item and packaging
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense (unless the item is incorrect or damaged)
Once you’ve shipped the item and provided us with proof, we will issue your refund to the original payment method.
Refunds are only processed after return is provided.
We do not offer exchanges for size or style preferences.
Return Shipping Labels:
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we will send you a prepaid return label
- For all other reasons (e.g., changed mind, wrong size ordered), the customer must cover return shipping
Chargebacks & Disputes:
Before opening a payment dispute, please contact us directly. We are committed to fair and timely resolutions.
Unwarranted chargebacks without contacting us first may result in account flags or future order restrictions.
